I picked up this Pyrex Ceramic Cookware 10-in Fry Pan mainly for everyday frying and sautéing, and it handles both well. The 10-inch size is roomy enough for a family portion of vegetables or a couple of eggs without feeling bulky on the stove. Heat seems to spread evenly, and the ceramic surface makes cleanup quick with a simple wipe. It is a solid, straightforward pan rather than anything fancy, which is exactly what I wanted. One star off only because I would have liked a little more heft in the handle.
