I bought this red lid to go with my 4.5-quart sculpted glass mixing bowl, and it does exactly what it promises. It snaps on and turns the bowl into well-sealed storage, so leftovers and dough go straight into the fridge. The red colour looks nice against the glass. One thing to note: it is just the lid, model 7404, so it only helps if you already own that specific bowl. Sealing is good, though I would not turn it upside down. Handy little add-on for everyday kitchen use.
